    Full Time Pharmacist

    Responsibilities

    • Providing patients with pharmaceutical information, health advice and explanation on the proper use of medications
    • Monitoring customers’ drug therapies, advising interventions, and informing customers of any potential side effects.
    • Instructing customers on how and when to take prescribed medications.
    • Conducting health and wellness screenings.
    • Taking blood pressure, temperature measurements and checking blood sugar levels of clients when required.
    • Completing operational requirements of the pharmacy, including verifying order entries.
    • Maintaining records of controlled substances.
    • Scrutinize all drugs for expired, damaged and short-dated drugs, and ensuring their immediate withdrawal from the pharmacy’s inventory.
