Where do you come in:

• We are expanding an MVP recently launched in the fintech space. You will join our engineering team to design, develop, test, debug, enhance and support this product and other internal products of the company.

Job Duties
You will be required to:

• Participate on the entire software lifecycle with specific focus on development and testing.
• Write clean and stable code to develop compelling web applications using PHP frameworks.
• Design & Develop APIs
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate UI/UX with server-side logic.
• Provide support to sales and product management teams.
• Work with other members of the team to help resolve issues and solve problems.
• Communicate tasks, challenges and workflows across a distributed team.
• Take ownership of projects while collaborating with engineering team and following an agile and test-driven approach.
• Follow emerging technologies

Requirements
You will need to have:

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM subject
• 4+ years of software development experience building, deploying, and maintaining web apps.
• Demonstratable portfolio of previous projects.
• Experience with PHP & JavaScript libraries/frameworks.
• Familiarity with technology trends and technological infrastructures.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, algorithms, software development principles, agile methodologies, modern design patterns, TDD, and service-oriented architecture.
