Full Stack Developer at Biz Afric Solutions

Job Overview:

We’re on a mission to help interns and fresh graduates kickstart their careers through a smart, intuitive job-application platform tailored just for them. We\'re looking for a Full-Stack Developer to join our early team and help shape the product from the ground up.

Job Responsibilities:

•   Develop and maintain scalable, responsive front-end interfaces using Vite, Tailwind CSS, ShadCN, and React-Query
• Design and implement efficient backend services and REST APIs using NestJS
• Collaborate with the design and product teams to turn wireframes and user stories into fully functional features
• Implement state management and data-fetching strategies with a focus on performance and scalabilit
• Ensure the application is mobile-friendly, secure, and accessible
• Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and documentation
•  Build and maintain scripts for web scraping job-related data
•  Integrate identity verification tools such as VerifyMe or Persona

Requirements:

•  3+ years of experience as a full-stack developer 
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• Solid experience with React ecosystem like React-Query, Vite, Tailwind CSS
• Backend development experience using NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks
• Familiarity with RESTful API architecture and third-party API integrations
• Strong understanding of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and code versioning best practices
• Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and ability to work autonomously
