Fulfillment Agent at Marketforce

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Brief

• Fulfilment agents make sure goods ordered by customers on the Rejareja app are delivered to them, the fulfilment agent follow the Van and Driver out to deliver goods and accept cash or transfer on behalf of the company.

Responsibilities

• Take stock and inventory of goods to be delivered to your assigned location.
• Call customers to verify their order.
• Liaise with sales team to carry out full fulfilment
• Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and visions
• Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into the app/ internal databases
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoice
• Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses

Requirements

• SSCE / OND
• 1 year of work experience
• Ability to be punctual
• Ability to be accountable
• Good customer relation
• Android phone to download the Rejareja app.
• Must reside around Ikeja and environs or can get to the Warehouse (Ikeja) daily by 7:30 am
• Must be able to provide guarantors upon resumption (National ID and passport photo).

Salary

• N50,000 monthly gross with 5000 weekly allowances.
