Team Leadership: Supervise the quality team to ensure all FTTH deployment activities meet technical specifications and safety standards.
Quality Governance: Establish and monitor FTTH-specific KPIs, such as Optical Loss limits, Splicing Pass Rate, and First-Time-Right (FTR) success.
Process Standardization: Define and optimize Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for ODN works, including fiber blowing, splicing, and NAP/FAT installations.
Audit & Compliance: Conduct regular field audits and "As-built" document verification to identify non-conformities and implement corrective actions (CAPA).
Training & Coaching: Identify quality-related training needs for staff and subcontractors, delivering technical sessions on fiber testing (OTDR/Power Meter).
Performance Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality status reports and project dashboards for senior management.
Continuous Improvement: Promote quality awareness and share "Lessons Learned" to reduce rework and improve deployment efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Telco Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in FTTH/GPON projects.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in ODN (Optical Distribution Network) architecture and fiber optic construction standards.
Proficient in OTDR trace analysis, Power Meter testing, and Fiber Characterization.
Leadership: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience managing field teams and subcontractors.
Communication: Proactive, self-motivated, and proficient in English and the local language.
Advantage: Certifications in ISO 9001/TL 9000 or specialized Fiber Optic training (e.g., FOA/CFHP) are highly preferred.
