Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role located in Lagos for an FTTH Installer at Zora Communications.
• The FTTH Installer will be responsible for installing fiber-optic networks, terminating fiber-optic cables, and testing the performance of the installed systems.
• Tasks include troubleshooting and repairing fiber-optic connections, ensuring proper documentation of installation processes, and maintaining high customer service standards during installations and repairs.
• The FTTH Installer will also adhere to safety standards and company protocols at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience with fiber-optic network installation/FTTH installation
• Skills in terminating fiber-optic cables accurately
• Proficiency in testing and troubleshooting fiber-optic networks
• Good documentation skills to record installation processes
• High customer service skills to interact efficiently with clients
• Knowledge of safety standards and protocols in installation roles
• Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
• Relevant technical certifications or training in fiber-optic technology
