Job Summary

• The FTTH Aerial Project Manager will oversee end-to-end fiber deployment projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong design and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee FTTH aerial fiber deployment projects.
• Supervise field teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Coordinate site surveys, route planning, and installation activities.
• Manage project resources, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.
• Liaise with government agencies, utility providers, landlords, and community stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.
• Conduct project inspections, testing, and final handovers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field with 3–5 years experience
• Minimum of 1 year experience in FTTH or ISP Fiber projects.
• Strong knowledge of aerial fiber deployment and project management.
• Age Requirement: Not more than 40 years
