Frontend Engineer at Fingle Technologies

Position Overview:

• We are seeking a Mid Level Software Engineer with a strong background in React to help us develop and maintain high-quality web applications.
• The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in React, a solid understanding of JavaScript and Typescript, and a passion for building user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, debugging and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field from a recognized higher institution.
• At least 2 years of professional experience working with React.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Experience with popular React workflows (such as Redux or Context API).
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with TypeScript or other JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of backend technologies and cloud services (e.g., Node.js, AWS).
