• As a Frontend Developer, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining both new and existing web applications.
• You will collaborate closely with our design and backend teams to create visually stunning and highly functional user interfaces.
• The ideal candidate will be passionate about frontend development, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have a deep understanding of modern web technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement responsive and user-friendly web applications using JavaScript, HTML, NextJS, CSS, and Sass.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate UI/UX design wireframes and concepts into clean and efficient code.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Stay up to date with emerging frontend technologies and industry best practices.
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend and backend functionalities.
• Actively participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong proficiency in React and it's core principles
• Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with CSS preprocessors, such as Sass
• Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Familiarity with frontend build tools, such as Webpack or Gulp
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
• Applicant should not be above 25years of age

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with server-side rendering and Next.js.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and an eye for aesthetics.
