    Front Office Personnel

    Position Overview

    Tutoring Center Front Office Staff:

    • We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for our tutoring center.
    • The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting our tutoring services, attracting new clients, and building strong relationships with schools and educational organizations.
    • This position requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive personality, and a passion for education.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Identify and target potential clients, including parents, students, schools, and community organizations, to generate new business opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to expand the center's customer base and increase revenue.
    • Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and persuasive sales presentations to showcase the benefits of our tutoring services. Clearly articulate the center's value proposition and tailor presentations to the specific needs and interests of potential clients.
    • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, and key decision-makers in the community. Attend meetings, conferences, and events to network and promote the center's services. Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Consultative Selling: Understand the unique needs and challenges of potential clients and provide personalized recommendations for tutoring solutions. Conduct thorough needs assessments and offer customized tutoring packages to meet the specific academic goals of students.
    • Sales Targets and Reporting: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team. Monitor sales metrics, track progress, and provide regular reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain a customer database, tracking interactions, inquiries, and sales leads. Follow up with potential clients in a timely manner and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
    • Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, educational developments, and competitor offerings. Conduct market research and analysis to identify market opportunities, pricing strategies, and areas for growth.
    • Collaborative Approach: Work closely with the tutoring center's team to ensure seamless customer transitions from sales to tutoring services. Collaborate with tutors and center staff to address client needs, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
    • Prior experience in customer service.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling administrative tasks.
    • Proficiency in using office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of educational terminology and tutoring programs (preferred).
    • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
    • Proven track record in sales or business development, preferably in the education sector
    • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a drive to achieve sales targets.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Knowledge of educational systems and tutoring programs.
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Enjoys working with young adults.
