Job Detail

• At Passnownow, we’re growing our technical team and seeking a creative, detail-oriented Front End Developer to help us enhance the user-facing aspects of the platform.

Objective

• To design and implement intuitive, responsive, and visually engaging user interfaces for Passnownow’s e-learning platform, ensuring a seamless user experience across web and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive UI components and features using modern frameworks
• Translate UI/UX wireframes and designs into functional code
• Ensure consistency in design implementation across devices and browsers
• Optimize front-end performance for speed and scalability
• Work with the backend team to integrate APIs and services
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices

Quality Control Expectations:

• Pixel-perfect implementation of design specs
• Reusable and modular front-end components
• Adherence to accessibility and performance standards.

Collaboration & Approval Workflows:

• Reports to the Project Manager and Creative Lead
• Collaborates closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers
• Design implementation reviewed and approved by the MD and Creative lead

KPI & Performance Metrics

• Timely delivery of UI features and updates
• Cross-browser and cross-device compatibility
• Page load speed and front-end performance scores
• UI/UX quality as reflected in user feedback

Requirements

• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Adobe XD
• Understanding of version control systems like Git
• Attention to detail and passion for clean, maintainable code
