    Front Desk Officer

    Job Summary:

    • A prominent player in the Oil and Gas industry, is seeking a highly professional and efficient Front Desk Officer to join our team at their MMA, Ikeja, Lagos Office.
    • The Front Desk Officer will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our organization, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient administrative support.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails promptly and accurately.
    • Manage and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
    • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area, ensuring a professional and welcoming ambiance.
    • Provide information about the company's services, facilities, and policies to visitors.
    • Handle inquiries and requests from clients and visitors promptly and effectively.
    • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and office supply management.
    • Ensure the security and confidentiality of visitor and staff information.
    • Record and maintain visitor logs and reports.
    • Collaborate with various departments to support office operations.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
    • Previous experience as a Front Desk Officer or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Attention to detail and a customer-centric approach.
    • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.
