Front Desk Officer / Receptionist at Unified Payment Services Limited

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greet clients and set a positive office atmosphere/ambience
• Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate offices.
• Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary
• Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets
• Oversee sorting and distribution of incoming mail
• Prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)

Job Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc / HND in Social Science, Arts and other related courses.
• A great sense of fashion is a must
• 0 - 2 years experience in a front office setting with a reputable company
• Strong Business and Customer service ethics
• Minimum of a least two customer service training in the last one year
• Excellent typing skills with experience taking dictations a plus.
