Front Desk Officer – Mowe at Helean Global Limited

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with a warm, positive attitude
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, and record-keeping
• Assist with office supplies inventory and ordering
• Work directly with the Operations manager in ensuring smooth running of the office 
• Manage the Cleaner and ensure the office is always clean
• Ensure basic supplies are provided as at when required
• Maintain drivers logbook and monitor their attendance

Requirements

• 3years admin experience or as a front desk officer
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Must possess good interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
• Salary budget is N120,000 – N150,000 Monthly Net
