    Front Desk Officer

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Greet and welcome visitors, answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
    • Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
    • Maintain records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in a front desk or customer service role.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
