    Front Desk Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Provide exceptional customer service experience to guests coming into the facility
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing letters, packages, etc.,and distribute them to the intended recipients
    • Work with the facility manager to ensure facilities are clean and tidy
    • Keep updated records and files
    • Work with the Facility Manager in monitoring office supplies
    • Monitor the activities of janitors

    Qualifications

    • First degree from a reputable institution in Nigeria
    • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar capacity
    • Display the willingness to build a career in a corporate environment
    • Proximity to Onipan, Ilupeju, Oshodi will be a huge advantage.
