    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • Provide exceptional customer service experience guests coming into the facility
    • Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and takedown messages.
    • Receiveletters, packages, etc. and distribute them to the intended recipients
    • Keep updated records and files.
    • Work with the Facility Manager in monitoring office supplies
    • Understands customer service.
    • Able to work with all members of staff in delivering customer service.
    • Knowledge of HSE and service delivery.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in Health Education, Biochemistry or any medical related course
    • 1-2 years cognate experience in a client facing role
    • Candidate must have good communication skills expressed both in oral and written
    • Candidate must have good customer orientation skills
    • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suites
    • Willingness to build a career in a corporate environment.
