The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service, managing receptionist duties, handling communication with patients, and making reservations
Qualifications
Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Experience in handling receptionist duties
Excellent communication skills
Ability to make reservations efficiently
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work well in a team
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
