  • Front Desk/ HMO Supervisor

    A graduate of health sciences or related field to supervise the front desk and handle customer care services. Liaising with corporate organizations and HMOs. Registering patients, referring to appropriate medical personnel, assisting in product selection and billing. Patient recall and telemarketing/marketing. Attending to queries and resolving issues.

    CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

    • Excellent problem/dispute resolution skills
    • Good communication skills
    • Adequate knowledge of industry and willingly to learn
    • Ability to multi-task
    • People management skills
    • Friendly and patient demeanor
    • Time management skills
    • Interest in commitment and dedication to service
