    Front Desk / Customer Service Officer

    About the Role:

    • In this dynamic role, you will be the ambassador of Periwinkle Residences, creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, potential clients, and visitors.
    • You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk and providing exceptional customer service that reflects our commitment to luxury living.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be the First Impression: Greet clients and visitors with a warm smile, professional demeanour, and a genuine interest in their needs.
    • Communication Hub: Answer phones, emails, and inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner.
    • Front Desk Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the front desk, including scheduling appointments, coordinating access control (key management, issuing guest passes), receiving deliveries, and maintaining a clean, organized, and luxurious workspace.
    • Digital Communication Champion: Utilize Mailchimp and other communication tools to create, design, and disseminate informative and engaging content to residents and clients (e.g., newsletters, event announcements, maintenance updates, resident surveys).
    • Records: Maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient move-in/move-out process.
    • Problem-Solving Pro: Proactively address resident concerns and complaints professionally, seeking solutions to ensure satisfaction and maintain a positive relationship.
    • Luxury Living Expert: Develop a comprehensive knowledge of Periwinkle Residences' amenities, services, and local area to effectively answer resident and client inquiries and provide exceptional recommendations.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Prepare reports on key metrics (e.g., client inquiries, appointment scheduling) to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Embrace Technology: Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a property management software system (if applicable).
    • Team Player: Collaborate effectively with the property management team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a high-end environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds.
    • Strong organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Working knowledge of Mailchimp or similar communication software and a property management system (if applicable) is a plus.
    • A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
    • A positive and friendly attitude with a smile that makes a great first impression.
    • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding the company's standards of excellence.
