    Front Desk / Admin Officer

    Position Summary

    • The Front Desk / Admin Officer isthe first point of contact for visitors to Benel Energy Resources Limited. This role involves managing the front desk, providing administrative support across the organization, and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities.
    • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
    • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
    • Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
    • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
    • Prepare and maintain records, documents, and correspondence.
    • Provide information about the company and its services to visitors and callers.
    • Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

    Qualifications

    • OND / HND in Office Administration, Secreterial studies or related field
    • Proven experience as a Front Desk Officer, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Preferably female for gender balance
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Professional attitude and appearance.
    • Customer service-oriented mindset.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
    • Proximity to the Island is a plus.
