Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Operations Supervisor to oversee our freight operations team. 
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our freight unit,ensuring efficient and safe transportation of goods, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of freight operations staff, including drivers, dockworkers, and administrative personnel
• Plan, organize, and monitor freight operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, optimize processes, and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and maintenance, to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in freight operations, transportation, or logistics
• Proven supervisory experience and ability to lead a team
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, including guildlines and agencyregulations
