Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freight Commercial Executive to drive business growth and revenue through freight sales and operations. 
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in freight sales and operations, with a proven track record of success in generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless execution of freight services
• Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with customers
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies
• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience in freight sales and operations
• Proven track record of success in generating new business and expanding existing customer relationships
• Strong knowledge of freight operations, transportation regulations, and logistics industry trends
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
