Freelance Real Estate Marketer

Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential real estate buyers, sellers, or investors through targeted networking, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Property Marketing: Create compelling property listings with engaging descriptions, photos, and videos to post on social media and property listing portals.
- Client Relations: Consult with clients to understand their property needs, financial capabilities, and preferences.
- Site Inspections: Conduct physical or virtual property viewings, highlighting key amenities and neighborhood benefits.
- Deal Negotiation: Facilitate negotiations between buyers and sellers to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
