Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Francophone Engineer to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and proficiency in the French language, enabling effective communication with Francophone clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• As a Francophone Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• 3-7 Years experience

Responsibilities:

• Technical Design and Analysis: Collaborate with teams to design and analyze engineering solutions, ensuring they meet project requirements and standards. Utilize French language skills to communicate effectively with Francophone team members and clients.
• Project Management: Manage engineering projects from conception to completion, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are of high quality.
• Problem Solving: Identify technical challenges and develop innovative solutions to overcome them. Conduct thorough analyses and simulations, utilizing engineering principles and tools to optimize performance and efficiency.
• Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact for Francophone clients, addressing their inquiries, providing technical assistance, and fostering positive relationships. Communicate project updates, progress reports, and deliverables in French, ensuring clear and concise communication.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks and reviews to ensure compliance with engineering standards, codes, and regulations. Implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain high-quality deliverables.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, advancements, and best practices in engineering. Participate in professional development activities and training to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Proficiency in French language (written and verbal) is essential.
