 About the Franchise Officer Role

As our franchise officer your responsibilty is to oversee new franchisees and provide training and information on the business policies and procedures,you'll be responsible for finding and developing new franchisees for the business.

Skills required

• Strong leadership skills. 
• Ability to convince/persuade.
• Eloquence.

DAY TO DAY ACTIVITIES

• Assist with the development and implementation of franchise specific business plans and budgets.
• Interprete monthly management accounts,benchmark and suggest corrective actions where necessary
• Protect brand Integrity.
• Assist franchisees in selecting and formulating locality marketing strategies 
• Act as Brand Custodian.
