What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver meaningful financial insights that help leaders understand performance, identify trends and make better business decisions.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities across Africa, helping the business stay focused on its growth ambitions.
• Create clear, accurate and timely reporting that brings key financial metrics and performance drivers to life.
• Partner with teams across finance and the wider business to understand results, challenge assumptions and support strategic initiatives.
• Develop financial models and analysis that provide valuable insight into revenue, costs, margins and profitability trends.
• Improve the quality, accuracy and integrity of financial information while supporting reporting process improvements and automation initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline, alongside an ACA qualification.
• Experience in finance, accounting, FP&A or business analysis.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting capabilities.
• Confidence working with large data sets and transforming information into meaningful insights.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills, with experience using ERP systems such as SAP.
• Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial performance to a range of stakeholders.
• A curious, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
