Founding Clinic Manager

- Salary Range ₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational workflows and standard operating procedures
- Oversee facility operations, staffing processes, and daily clinic management
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian healthcare regulatory requirements
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and supply systems
- Support clinic licensing and pre-launch readiness activities
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (healthcare administration, health services, or related field preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of management experience and experience working in a healthcare setting
- Experience developing operational workflows or policies
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
