We are looking for a Technical Executive Assistant to support the Founders’ Office. This role goes beyond traditional EA responsibilities — it combines strategic project support, data analysis, reporting, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with the founders to streamline priorities, track business performance, and ensure operational alignment across teams.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with the ability to switch seamlessly between admin execution and data-driven decision support.
Key Responsibilities
Support the founders in strategic decision-making by preparing dashboards, reports, and analyses on company performance (GMV, user growth, budgets, etc.).
Coordinate and track progress of key company projects and ensure timely execution.
Act as a thought partner by conducting research, competitor benchmarking, and preparing briefing documents.
Manage the founders’ calendars, communications, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Consolidate inputs from finance, growth, operations, and HR into concise reports for the founders.
Prepare presentations, investment materials, and high-level summaries for board, investor, and partner meetings.
Anticipate and proactively resolve blockers to founders’ priorities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Support creation and implementation of SOPs, processes, and performance tracking tools.
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in a similar role (Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff Associate, Strategy Analyst, or Operations Analyst).
Strong background in data analysis and reporting — comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and financial/operational data.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to draft concise reports and investor-facing materials.
Experience in healthcare, consulting, VC/PE, or high-growth startups is a plus.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects, and proactive in anticipating needs.
High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and discretion.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
