Maintain adequate supervision and smooth operations in the shift.
Responsibilities
Coordinates production activities and ensures that good quality bottles are produced in line with quality plan
Ensuring that activities concerned with job change are carried out in line with production Requirements
Maintain and monitor the effective supervision of the forming department with particular reference to quality, checking and cleanliness of work area
To identify and rate aspects of the department’s activities and develop programs where necessary to help control those aspects that could have adverse impact on the environment
Ensure that Critical Control Point (CCPs) are working at specified point and appoints specific employee to monitor each Critical Control Point (CCPs)
Ensure hygienic conditions during production until packaging
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Glass Technology or related fields.
Must have 1-3 years experience in bottle manufacturing plant
Must have experience and basic knowledge of computers and be able to learn programs necessary to carry out job function
