Academic Qualifications

• B.Sc / HND (Engineering, Management or Social Sciences.)
• CIPS Membership
• 5 Years Minimum Experience.

Key Performance Indicators

• Direct supervision of the procurement Analyst and Expert and Specialist
• To ensure product availability not later than a week's stock for stock items.
• Adequate documentation of procurement records, i.e suppliers' records, PO records, Requisition documents after each transaction
• Processing of PR'S into PO'S within 24 hours of release into the system (If it is a re-order), but minimum of one week if it requires tendering
• Clarify ambiguous specifications with stake holders not later than 1 day PR is received
• Prepare and submit Weekly report every Thursday of the week.
