    Food Raw Materials Manager

    • Designs and implement strategic business plan that expands Cormart’s customer base and ensures strong presence of all brands in local and regional markets.
    • Assess customer needs and provide solutions from Cormart’s portfolio of food raw materials.
    • Maintains close and good relationship with key accounts and expand business portfolio.
    • Recognize and develop strategies to pursue new market segments and opportunities for business development with realistic ROI forecasts
    • Drives market development activities to align with company business goals and ensure strategic alignment in sourcing, sales, and marketing strategies.
    • Identifies emerging opportunities in local and regional markets while being fully aware of new products and competition
    • Leads generation and development of substantive sales opportunities
    • Owns objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
    • Achieves growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
    • Develops and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales bids to customers.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, or related field.
    • Successful previous experience as a sales manager of Food raw materials for a minimum of 5 years
    • Customer focus with a high level of urgency and a proven ability to successfully resolve service and performance issues.
    • Ability to build long-term, sustainable business-to-business relationships within organizations (both internally and externally)
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Strong business sense and industry expertise
    • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
    • Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
