Designs and implement strategic business plan that expands Cormart’s customer base and ensures strong presence of all brands in local and regional markets.
Assess customer needs and provide solutions from Cormart’s portfolio of food raw materials.
Maintains close and good relationship with key accounts and expand business portfolio.
Recognize and develop strategies to pursue new market segments and opportunities for business development with realistic ROI forecasts
Drives market development activities to align with company business goals and ensure strategic alignment in sourcing, sales, and marketing strategies.
Identifies emerging opportunities in local and regional markets while being fully aware of new products and competition
Leads generation and development of substantive sales opportunities
Owns objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
Achieves growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Develops and deliver proposals, presentations, and sales bids to customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, or related field.
Successful previous experience as a sales manager of Food raw materials for a minimum of 5 years
Customer focus with a high level of urgency and a proven ability to successfully resolve service and performance issues.
Ability to build long-term, sustainable business-to-business relationships within organizations (both internally and externally)
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
Strong business sense and industry expertise
Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
