FMCG Sales Supervisor at Extramileage Consults Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide field sales team (marketers).
• Ensure daily/weekly sales targets are met.
• Plan and monitor sales activities and territories.
• Support team with coaching, product knowledge and on-the-job training.
• Track performance and submit regular reports.
• Ensure proper customer management and order follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate sales records and inventory updates.

Key KPI

• Meet team targets, grow customer base and increase repeat orders.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG, B2B, field sales or distribution.
• Proven supervisory experience (managing a team).
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation & closing skills.
• Ability to motivate and build high-performing teams.
• Good customer relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, Excel/Google Sheets and WhatsApp Business.
