Floor Supervisor at Black Hill

We are looking for an energetic and experienced Floor Supervisor to manage daily operations on the restaurant floor. The ideal candidate will oversee staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a high-energy atmosphere for guests in our sports bar and restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the floor team to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and handle inquiries or complaints promptly.
• Ensure staff follow all service standards and maintain a positive atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant floor.
• Assist in staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Oversee guest seating, manage waiting times, and optimize table turnover.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or similar role in hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a team and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
