Due to expansion; a pharmaceutical retail company and supermarket with head office in Ibadan and branches in different states seeks to engage the services of young and ambitious graduates for the position of Floor Operations Supervisor in its Ibadan branch. The operation supervisor will generally oversee all activities and operations on the floor of the company’s store.

Successful candidate should be focused, assertive, confident and be able to inspire and lead others.
Should have good communication, human relation and problem solving skills

Job location: Ibadan

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervision of sales and stock control 
• Customer service & engagement
• People management
• Operations management
• Requisition & inventory management
• Relationship management
• Reporting

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in any field
• Experience is not required. Successful candidates would be trained.

Remuneration:
Fixed Salary:  N600,000 to N720,000 per annum.
And
Guaranteed Variable Pay: Successful candidate will earn a guarantee extra pay calculated based on store monthly earning and performance. Could double take home pay.
