Job Description:

UAV Testing and Evaluation:

• Plan and execute flight test programs for UAV systems developed by the UAV ENGINEERS.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define test objectives, requirements, and success criteria.

Test Design and Documentation:

• Develop detailed test plans, including test cases, procedures, and data collection methods.
• Prepare flight test documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company procedures.

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Operate and monitor UAVs during flight tests, ensuring safety and data integrity.
• Collect and analyze flight data, including performance, system behavior, and operational parameters.

System Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve issues encountered during flight tests, working closely with engineering teams to address technical challenges.

Test Reporting:

• Prepare comprehensive test reports, summarizing findings and providing recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate test results and findings to project stakeholders, including management and engineering teams.

Safety and Compliance:

• Ensure all flight tests adhere to aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
