Fleet Supervisor at FMR AGENCY

We are seeking an experienced Fleet Supervisor to manage daily fleet operations, ensure vehicle roadworthiness, coordinate deliveries, supervise drivers, and maintain accurate fleet records.

The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for drivers and play a key role in ensuring safe, timely, and efficient delivery operations across project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily driver briefings and assign delivery schedules
• Perform pre-departure vehicle inspections
• Verify driver licenses, fitness for duty, and PPE compliance
• Monitor and track fleet movements in real time
• Coordinate delivery schedules and loading priorities
• Supervise site coordination and delivery documentation
• Investigate and escalate delivery issues, delays, and complaints
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and breakdown responses
• Oversee fuel usage and consumption records
• Ensure vehicle cleaning and drum washing procedures are followed
• Maintain accurate fleet records and prepare daily operational reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree or HND in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years\' experience in fleet management, logistics, transportation, or related operations
• Experience supervising drivers and managing vehicle fleets
• Strong understanding of vehicle safety standards and maintenance coordination
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fleet reporting systems
• Ability to make timely decisions in a fast-paced operational environment
