Job Responsibilities
Route Optimization and Planning:

• Work closely with the Fleet Manager to strategize and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency.
• Coordinate with drivers to ensure they are aware of the most efficient schedules and routes to follow.

Communication and Coordination:

• Act as a key link between the marketing team and drivers to ensure smooth communication and coordination. Provide clear instructions, updates, and any changes in schedules to drivers in a timely manner.

Documentation and Record-Keeping:

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of vehicle repair schedules and parts replacements.
• Prepare necessary documentation such as repair quotes and vendor sign-off documents with attention to detail.

Compliance:

• Ensure full compliance with all transportation laws and regulations.
• Assist in obtaining required permits and licenses for transportation operations to ensure legal compliance at all times.

Problem Resolution:

• Address logistics-related issues promptly and efficiently to minimize any disruptions to operations.
• Work closely with the Fleet Manager to investigate and resolve transportation incidents in a proactive manner.

Technology Utilization:

• Utilize fleet management software effectively to track vehicle activities, monitor driver performance, and generate comprehensive reports for analysis.
• Stay informed about new technological advancements in logistics and recommend enhancements to current systems for improved efficiency.
