Fleet Officer at Coollink.ng

We are looking for a Fleet Officer to manage the company’s vehicles and support daily fleet operations. The ideal candidate should be organized, smart, detail-oriented, and good with Microsoft Office tools, Excel and Outlook. The role also requires strong documentation, reporting, and coordination skills to ensure smooth fleet operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily vehicle and fleet activities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet reports.
• Ensure all fleet documents are properly filled, filed and uploaded.
• Keep records of vehicle maintenance, insurance, licenses, and other fleet-related documents.
• Track vehicle servicing, repairs, and fuel usage.
• Coordinate vehicle maintenance and follow up when necessary.
• Work with drivers, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Support general administrative and operational tasks related to the fleet.

Requirements

• HND/Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years experience in fleet, logistics, or operations support.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Smart, organized, and able to pay attention to details.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage tasks effectively and work under pressure.

Net Salary: ₦300,000 monthly
