Fleet Manager at Seven Up Bottling Company

• Seven-Up Bottling Company is currently recruiting for a fleet manager who will be responsible for planning, directing, managing, coordinating, and supervising the programs for acquisition, assignment, utilization, maintenance, repair, and replacement of fleet vehicles. 

Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Acquisition and Maintenance
• Cost control analysis: Monitoring of budget performance
• Spare part Pricing: Periodically review market price to ensure optimal quality and cost.
• Designing and managing maintenance and fuel programs to optimize vehicle operations.
• Developing efficient driver schedules to maximize profitability and productivity.
• Registering and licensing all vehicles under management to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection to track maintenance needs and schedules, minimizing downtime.
• Tracking fleet metrics using GPS systems to generate repots on availability, idle time, and speeding incidents
• Developing and implementing a monthly maintenance schedule for all company vehicles to ensure ongoing operational efficiency

Requirements:

• BSC/ HND in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management.
• 5yrs+ experience in fleet management 
• Distribution and Logistics Knowledge 
• Additional qualification in logistics/fleet and supply chain management 
• Good track records and organization skills
• Strong multitasking abilities.
