Fleet Management Team Lead at Stanbic IBTC

Job Description

• To coordinate and manage the bank’s fleet better within the company overall operating policies in line with the budget, marketing and personnel policies.
• To analyze the bank’s fleet operating system against international standard.
• Monitor the quality and efficiency of service provided by the fleet service providers.
• Deployment of dedicated pool vehicles to business unit as required.
• Monitoring of vehicle request from expatriate and staff members.
• Ensure high standard fleet service that project positively the bank’s corporate image through qualitative service from the fleet service provider and drivers.
• Develop and implements short and long term policy designed to ensure compliance to global best practice in fleet management and adhered to national transport policy.
• Monitors changes in the operating environment and act quickly on potential opportunity.
• Ensure efficient and prompt services are delivered to both external and internal customers.
• Analyze data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to in areas of supervision and recommend improvements.
• Ensures the effective roll-out of change initiatives through tracking and reporting on projects as well as conducting readiness assessments.

Qualifications

• BSc Management Sciences or related field.
• Relevant professional certification can be an added advantage.

Experience:

• At least 3-4 years’ experience in managing fleet unit in any industry.
