Job Summary

• The Fixed Income Trader will be responsible for executing trades in bonds, treasury bills, OMO bills, and other fixed-income securities on behalf of the company and its clients. The role involves implementing trading strategies, monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing timely reporting to management.

Responsibilities:

• Buying and selling securities on behalf of the company.
• Evaluating trading algorithms.
• Implementing effective trading strategies.
• Working with quantitative researchers to improve trading strategies.
• Recording and reporting each day’s profit and loss.
• Regularly monitoring portfolios to ensure that they are guideline-compliant.
• Keeping abreast with changes in the financial market.
• Assisting the company to attract new clients by maintaining and enhancing marketing materials.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a minimum of four years’ work experience in a reputable financial investment firm, along with relevant professional qualifications.
