Purpose

• Provides technical assistance services to final customers ensuring the correct use of Tenaris Premium
• Connections. Provides feedback from the field about product performance and general on field information valuable for Tenaris.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensures the correct use of Tenaris Hydril recommended practices, controlling and ensuring well site
• Preparations and running, and well site repairing of Tenaris Premium Connections, preventing potential
• Problems and incidents maximizing a safer and efficient installation of our products.
• Provides technical support and directly liaising with customer representative to assure the product is installed in the most efficient manner allowing the product to perform to its optimum design potential.
• Provides Tenaris general overview to customer's representative at rig site using our internet sites and info and any other specific one applicable for the operation or region visited.
• Responsible to ask to customer's representative about Tenaris perception (product and services) to identify potential areas to improve.
• Provides training to drilling crews and customer representatives in the care, handling and running of Tenaris products. Is responsible for training the Field Services Specialist II in these subjects, ensuring a correct job implementation.
• Responsible for updated self-training and knowledge on Tenaris Standards and procedures according to FISE training curricula.
• Responsible for service report fulfillment same in timely fashion both hardcopy and electronically (running assistance report, miscellaneous, log time, inspection, service ticket and specific as dopeless and visit ones)
• Provide Feedback from the field and industry of perception / attitude toward Tenaris & competitors products, service and technical innovations. Set up files & add to office reference library for competitors products and technical innovations.
• Organizes logistic and transportation requirements.
• Complies with Tenaris policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.
• Protects from damage, theft or misuse the facilities, equipment and other physical resources assigned to his/her area.
