Fintech Compliance & AML Policy Consultant at Monievia Limited

• We are seeking an experienced Fintech Compliance Consultant to help build the regulatory integrity layer of our financial technology infrastructure.
• The ideal candidate will have experience preparing compliance documentation aligned with Nigerian financial regulations and global AML standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft a comprehensive AML/CFT/CPF Policy Manual aligned with guidelines from the Central Bank of Nigeria and the Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit.
• Develop a Risk Management Framework tailored for a fintech or digital financial services platform.
• Structure documentation that demonstrates regulatory readiness for financial authorities.
• Provide guidance on compliance expectations for fintech infrastructure providers.
• Ensure documentation aligns with international best practices in financial crime prevention.

Deliverables

A professional Compliance & Regulatory Documentation Folder containing:

• AML/CFT/CPF Policy Manual
• Risk Management Framework
• Supporting compliance documentation

This documentation should demonstrate that the platform operates as regulated-ready financial infrastructure, not just a digital application.

Requirements

• Proven experience working with fintech, banks, or financial institutions.
• Strong knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations of the Central Bank of Nigeria and Nigerian Financial Intelligence Unit.
• Background in financial law, compliance, risk management, or fintech regulation.
• Experience preparing regulatory documentation for licensing or regulatory engagement is a strong advantage
