Finishing Engineer

Job Summary
- We are seeking experienced Finishing Engineers to oversee and execute finishing works on-site.
- The ideal candidates will have strong hands-on experience in site supervision, quality control, and coordination with subcontractors, specifically in tiles work, painting, and false ceiling execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in finishing works, preferably on high-end residential or commercial projects.
- Site Execution: Hands-on experience in finishing works at site.
- Technical Expertise: Good knowledge of Tiles work, Painting, and False Ceiling execution.
- Drawing Interpretation: Should be able to read and interpret drawings, BOQ, and site instructions.
- Supervision & Quality: Site supervision, quality check, and coordination with subcontractors.
- Standards & Safety: Knowledge of materials, workmanship standards, and safety practices.
