Finished Goods Warehouse Manager at Olam Agri

Job Description

• A Warehouse Manager in Olam Agri is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse facility, ensuring efficient inventory management, optimal space utilisation, and timely order fulfilment.
• The role involves managing the receiving, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods, while maintaining accuracy in inventory records and ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• The incumbent collaborates with cross-functional teams to coordinate logistics, streamline warehouse processes, and support smooth manufacturing and distribution operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Ensure accurate inventory management, stock reconciliation, and adherence to FIFO/FEFO principles
• Manage dispatch planning, documentation, and coordination with logistics teams
• Maintain ERP accuracy and ensure proper documentation and reporting
• Ensure product quality, safe storage conditions, and compliance with standards
• Drive operational efficiency through performance monitoring and continuous improvement
• Lead and supervise warehouse teams to achieve productivity and performance targets
• Enforce health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all warehouse activities.

Job Requirements

Experience:

• 8 –10 years of experience in warehousing or supply chain management
• Strong experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, and distribution management
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional coordination and maintain efficient operations.

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Management Studies, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel skills
• Solid understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse processes
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
• Effective leadership and team management skills
• Ability to foster a positive and productive work environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
