Job Summary

• Beautiful Beginning Academy is looking for a creative, passionate, and skilled Fine Arts Teacher to inspire students through visual arts, creativity, and hands-on learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Fine Arts lessons appropriate to students' age and learning levels.
• Teach students various forms of visual art, including drawing, painting, crafts, and other creative techniques.
• Encourage students to explore their creativity and develop confidence in expressing themselves through art.
• Introduce students to basic art principles, techniques, materials, and appreciation of art.
• Prepare engaging practical activities and projects that promote creativity and critical thinking.
• Assess students' artistic development and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare students for school exhibitions, art competitions, projects, and other creative activities.
• Maintain a well-organised, safe, and inspiring art learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with other teachers and school management to support students' overall development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or HND in Fine Arts, Visual Arts, Art Education, or a related field.
• 2–3 years' teaching experience, preferably in a school environment.
• Strong knowledge of Fine Arts techniques, materials, and creative processes.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to make art lessons engaging, practical, and age-appropriate.
• Ability to teach drawing, painting, crafts, and other visual art techniques is essential.
• Creativity, patience, and a passion for working with children and young people.
• Teaching certification or TRCN certification is an added advantage.
