Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and internal control processes.
• The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with financial regulations, manage cash flow, and support strategic decision-making to sustain business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate financial reports and statements in line with IFRS/GAAP standards.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and audit requirements.
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and financial performance.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Master’s Degree in Finance or Business Administration (preferred).
• 8 – 10 years of relevant experience in financial management and reporting.
• Professional certification such as ICAN, ACCA, or CPA is required.
• Proficiency in SAGE Evolution or other accounting software.
• Strong background in budgeting, risk management, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
