Financial Controller at Rensource Energy

What You’ll Do

• Lead AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, payroll & project accounting
• Deliver IFRS/GAAP‑compliant financial statements & management reports
• Oversee carbon accounting & emissions reporting (GHG Protocol, ISSB)
• Strengthen internal controls, compliance & audit readiness
• Support treasury operations, cashflow forecasting & liquidity planning
• Drive budgeting, cost efficiency & multi‑year financial planning
• Oversee ERP systems & digital finance automation
• Mentor and grow finance operations talent

What You Bring

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Risk Management or related field
• ACCA/CPA/ICAN + 8+ years in financial control or audit
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge
• Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities, or project‑based industries
• Exposure to carbon accounting or sustainability reporting
• Bonus: Experience with BESS, utility‑scale solar, EV charging, or project finance
