Job Description

• We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Financial Controller with 7 – 11 years of experience in financial leadership to take on this strategic, top-level management role.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the organization’s financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and overseeing all financial functions critical to achieving sustainable growth and operational excellence.
• As a key member of the leadership team, the Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organization while ensuring robust financial health and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of financial strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives.
• Provide financial management and oversight, ensuring fiscal discipline and integrity.
• Oversee financial reporting and analysis, delivering accurate and timely insights for decision-making.
• Manage cash flow and asset optimization to maintain organizational liquidity and sustainability.
• Drive effective cost control accounting systems to optimize resource utilization.
• Ensure tax compliance and adherence to financial regulations to mitigate risk exposure.
• Champion a culture of accountability through leadership and managerial excellence.
• Proactively monitor and manage financial risks, focusing on compliance, risk management, and organizational resilience.

Requirements
Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 7 – 11 years of progressive experience in financial management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• ACA, ICAN, MBA, BSc, MSc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strategic thinking with a proven ability to design and execute financial strategies.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills with experience leading financial teams in complex organizations.
• Expertise in financial reporting, tax compliance, and asset management.
